Yes.  The cleaning solutions we use are free of harsh chemicals.  We clean for health.  Unlike many companies who use very high ph harsh cleaning solutions in order to cut down on the cleaning time, we use products that are effective yet safe and gentle even for the most chemically sensitive individuals.

Yes. We understand that your family's lovable pet can be your carpet's worst enemy. We have a pet odor and pet stain removal treatment that we guarantee. In some cases our normal carpet cleaning process may be all that is needed. In more severe cases, the urine sometimes soaks through the carpet backing into the padding and floor beneath. We can neutralize the damage that will occur if left untreated.

Frequently Asked Questions

It's important to realize that there are two parts of a tile floor...the tile and the grout. Grout needs to be sealed. It's naturally porous and will stain easily. Most installers of tile floors do not seal them because grout has to cure first. It's something you should do to keep your grout looking its best. As a bonus, sealed grout is much easier to keep clean. Sealing not only helps keep tile and stone looking like new longer, but also lessens the deterioration that happens to any surface over time.

Normally after a cleaning it will take 3-6 hours to dry. We recommend staying off the carpet until completely dry. If needed, we can leave a pair of booties for you and your family to walk on the carpet prior to it being completely dry.
